💼 My HR Journey
My career began at AT&T, where I earned a Master’s degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Human Resources. After accepting a voluntary layoff package, I made a bold move into the HR field—committed to using my skills to support and develop others.
I started at ADT as an HR Coordinator and grew into an HR Specialist role. From there, I joined Georgia Transmission, advancing from HR Generalist to HR Program Manager. Along the way, I gained deep experience in talent development, recruiting & onboarding, and
training for employees and leadership. Throughout my career with GTC and as a Career Consultant at LHH, I have helped over 100 professionals navigate their career journey, whether through transitions, promotions, or starting their own businesses.
Throughout my career, I’ve always prioritized growth—both personally and professionally. I joined Toastmasters to refine my communication and public speaking skills, volunteered workforce development training in my community, and pursued certifications that broadened my impact. These experiences—both inside and outside the workplace—shape how I coach today.
